Check Point 1 ~ Run > Normal Push Ups x 20 reps > Run > Decline Push Ups x 20 reps
Check Point 2 ~ Run > Air Squat x 10 reps > Run > Jump Squat x 10 reps
Check Point 3 ~ Run > Lateral Burpees x 10 reps > Run > Burpees x 10 reps
Check Point 4 ~ Pull Ups x 10 reps > Chin Ups x 10 reps
All team members must complete the challenges at the checkpoint before moving on!
The winner will be selected based on the fastest overall time after the last participant completes the challenge at the checkpoint 4.
