PROGRAM IMPACT

  • Cultivating a Passion for Calisthenics Among Youth
This competition is expected to further ignite the passion of active youth for physical training, particularly calisthenics, within the Johor region, specifically targeting those residing in the Kulai district.
  • Enhancing Public Awareness and Recognition of the Sport
The event has the potential to attract visitors at the Kulai Cycling Park, introducing them to the discipline of calisthenics. Many visitors may realize they are already engaging in calisthenics without knowing it, as the foundational movements—such as push-ups and pull-ups—rely strictly on one’s own body weight.
  • Maximizing Public Facility Utilization and Cost Savings
Public park visitors will be highly motivated to utilize the outdoor exercise equipment available in recreational areas rather than spending money on expensive gym memberships. The introduction of calisthenics through this competition demonstrates that achieving peak fitness is completely accessible, highly affordable, and sustainable within community-shared spaces.
